A free of charge October to March NHS service
NHS Flu vaccinations are available from October to March for eligible patients:
- everyone aged 65 years and over
- everyone under 65 years of age who has a medical condition listed below, including children and babies over 6 months of age
- a heart problem
- a chest complaint or serious breathing difficulties, including bronchitis, emphysema or some people with asthma (needing a steroid inhaler or tablets)
- a kidney disease
- lowered immunity due to disease or treatment (such as steroid medication or cancer treatment)
- liver disease
- had a stroke or a transient ischaemic attack (TIA)
- diabetes
- some neurological condition, such as multiple sclerosis (MS) or cerebral palsy
- a learning disability
- a problem with your spleen, such as sickle cell disease, or you have had your spleen removed
- all pregnant women, at any stage of pregnancy
- all children aged 2 and 3 years (provided they were aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August before flu vaccinations starts in the autumn)
- everyone living in a residential or nursing home
- everyone who receives a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person
- all those living with someone who has lowered immunity due to disease or treatment
- all frontline health and social care workers
School age children get get NHS flu vaccinations at school or from their GP.

3. Can I book a private COVID or flu vaccination?
Yes. If you are not eligible for the NHS service, you can book a private COVID or flu vaccine at our Sheffield pharmacy for a competitive price.
4. Do I need an appointment for COVID or flu vaccinations?
Appointments are recommended, but we also accept
walk-ins on the days and times we are running clinics. Please call to check when our clinics are running. You can also book NHS vaccinations in the NHS app or online at

5. How much does a private flu or COVID vaccine cost?
Prices vary by vaccine type. Contact us for the latest pricing for private flu and COVID vaccinations.
6. Can I get both COVID and flu vaccines at the same time?
Yes. In most cases, you can receive
both vaccines during the same visit, subject to clinical suitability.
7. Which vaccines do you offer?
All vaccines provided at our pharmacy are
approved by UK health authorities and administered by trained professionals. Please give us a call to check which vaccines are currently available.
8. How do I book my vaccination appointment?
